large lot with many trees along the one property line and a river on the other for privacy. There is a pathway here that is very seldom used. The owners have an unwritten agreement with their neighbours that if anyone wanted to go for a stroll around the bay that there would be no issue walking down by the shoreline. You'll see someone maybe 3 or 4 times a year at best. The cottage is for all intents and purposes very private!
