Description:
This comfortable cottage is located in Muskoka on Paint Lake near the Town of Dorset and boasts a large open concept kitchen, dining and living room all under a vaulted ceiling. The cottage faces west providing great sunset views from the floor to ceiling windows. Both the master bedroom and living room have sliding door walkouts onto the large cedar deck overlooking the lake (wider deck rails-be mindfull of children). There is also a sliding door walkout from the finished downstairs. The kitchen is bright and convenient with every amenity. The comfortable interior is a perfect place to relax after a great day of swimming, canoeing, fishing or boating.
The lot is flat and grassy - providing lots of room for kids to run and play. The lake has a sandy, shallow entry with a gentle slope to deeper water- good swimming.
