Description:
This Ontario Cottage Rental is located in the heart of the Kawarthas on spectacular Clear Lake approximately 10 minutes to the Village of Lakefield and a 25 minute stroll through the woods to the Hamlet of Youngs Point, (which offers a General Store, LCBO, outstanding restaurants and the Lockside Trading Company).
The Cottage resembles a Spanish villa; the large living room has a great view up Clear Lake. The upstairs features a large master bedroom with private balcony and spectacular views of sunrises and the lake. The Dining Room overlooks the Family Room. The Main Floor features Living Room, Family Room, 2 bedrooms, 3-piece washroom. Another small bedroom is upstairs and a 4-piece washroom. The cottage is close to the lake with beautiful limestone outcrops at the lake.
. The water is a shallow rocky entry (approx. 1.5 feet) and slopes to approx. 5-6 feet deep at the end of the 20 foot dock. This is a nice spot with easy access and close to amenities in which to enjoy all that the area has to offer.
