Description:
This Ontario cottage rental is located on Stoney Lake near Petroglyphs Provincial Park. The interior features a large living room with vaulted ceiling, large windows and a sliding door walkout to to the patio and gardens overlooking the lake. There is also a family room which is open to the kitchen and features a gas fireplace and satellite TV. Three of the bedrooms are located behind the family room. From the family room there is a large sliding door walkout to the sunroom with approx. 20 feet of windows overlooking the lake. The basement has painted plywood floors with area carpets, a large storage/playroom with a double bed and two twins alongside a laundry room, second fridge & freezer. There is a dehumidifier and pump in this area as well.
The lot is flat and grassy and the shoreline has a two foot high concrete retaining wall. The water is a shallow sandy entry and slopes to approx. 4 feet deep at the end of the dock. At the swim raft the water is approx. 5 feet deep and the swim raft is about 100 feet from shore. There may be some weeds near the swim raft depending on the season. This is a nice spot with easy access in which to relax and enjoy cottage country.
