Description:
This Ontario cottage rental is located on Stoney Lake approx. 20 min. from the Village of Lakefield
The main floor features a sitting room with walkout to the covered deck, 2 bedrooms, kitchen and eating area with another sliding door walkout to the covered deck overlooking the lake. The finished walkout lower level features a large living area, another (small) bedroom and sauna with whirlpool tub. There is also another eating area with extensive windows, ceiling fan and an oversized glass sliding door walkout to the lot. The lot is grassy with some trees and the water is a sandy shallow entry. The water slopes to approx. 3 feet at the end of the dock and deck at the lake. There may be some weeds depending on the season as you go further out past the dock but then the water shallows up again to a large natural sand bar in the lake. There is also a small sandy area on shore. This is a nice spot in which to relax and enjoy cottage country!
