    Description:
       This cottage is on Clear Lake approx. 10 min. to the Village of Lakefield & features a large living room & open interior. The cottage is older & there is a sliding door walkout from the living area to the deck overlooking the lake. There is a small open flat grassy area in front of the cottage while the rest of the property is mainly natural vegetation-providing for privacy.
    There is also a bunkie that features 2 bedrooms.
    The water is a shallow sandy entry & slopes to approx. 4-5 feet deep at the end of the 36 foot dock where weeds may begin.
    This is a nice private location with easy access in which to enjoy cottage country.
