Description:
This cottage is located on Stoney Lake across from the east end of Pine Island & is approx. 20 min. to the Village of Lakefield. The living area is approx. 1300 sq.ft. and features a master bedoom with ensiute and three other bedrooms. The cottage also has a a sitting room, a living room with stone fireplace, an eating area and a kitchen. The sitting room and the living room both have a walkout to an 8 foot wide deck that extends across the width of the cottage. The lot is grassy with trees along the property lines and gently slopes down to the dock. The water is a shallow sandy/clay entry and slopes to deeper water as you go out, approx. 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. This is a nice spot in which to enjoy the lake and all that the Stoney Lake area has to offer.
