Description:
This renovated cottage (with new appliances and bathroom) is situated on a private island on beautiful Stoney Lake. The cottage is situated close to the water (both the front and the back are only a few yards from the lake) providing for fantastic views and all day sun! The back deck off the kitchen offers great mourning sun while the front deck off the living room provides for afternoon sun. The living room features large picture windows, a stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a sliding door walkout. The interior is bright with an open concept design. The water is a shallow entry that slopes to deper water futher out. In some years, it can be weedy further out.
